Flank steak grilled and marinated, served on a bed of wild greens with a bleu cheese and pink peppercorn dressing.

Box Lunches:
Any of the above cold entrees as well as sandwiches, desserts and salads can be packed in a
Traditions' box or bag to be served at your meeting, picnic or party. Box lunches are served in a white
box tied with a silver bow and garnished with a fresh flower. Box lunches include plastic silverware,
napkins, salt and pepper and wet nap.
